Chubby Don brings a one-of-a-kind Japanese dining experience to Westfield Santa Anita in Arcadia. At our interactive open-kitchen counter, guests can watch every hamburger steak and kushiyaki skewer being charcoal-grilled right before their eyes.

Our signature 90g Wagyu Hamburger Steak is freshly ground and hand-formed daily using our golden ratio of 70% Japanese A5 Wagyu and 30% fresh Prime Angus. Each patty is grilled over charcoal to enhance its smoky aroma and bring out the meat’s rich, natural flavor.

The menu also features charcoal-grilled kushiyaki and weekly specialties, all crafted with premium ingredients, bold flavors, and approachable prices.

Chubby Don serves Japanese-style meals with Wagyu beef hamburger patties, onsen eggs, and unlimited sides, all freshly prepared at our open kitchen counter. The signature menu features premium Angus Prime Beef and authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu, while the regular menu offers favorites such as Wagyu Hamburger Rice, Wagyu Curry Rice, and seasonal specials like Uni & Salmon Wagyu Rice.
